ToneWinner Achieves Dirac ART Certification
— Full Dirac Live Suite Free for Life on AT-600
ToneWinner's AT-600 AV processor has passed Dirac's full ART (Active Room Treatment) certification, making ToneWinner the ninth audio brand worldwide — and the first in China — to hold an official Dirac ART license.
For AT-600 owners, the entire Dirac Live suite — Room Correction, Bass Control and ART — is now included for the life of the product. Lifetime availability without license fee.
Getting there took more than paperwork. Building on decades of DSP engineering in Hi-Fi and multi-channel AV products and its in-house ETQ calibration system, ToneWinner reworked the AT-600's driver layer, audio scheduling framework and signal routing logic, validating each change across tens of thousands of closed-loop acoustic measurements. In joint verification with Dirac's engineers, the team aligned ART's algorithm interface, timing standards and measurement protocols, and resolved the issues that decide whether ART works in a real room: channel interaction conflicts, low-frequency phase coupling and filter stability.
After the firmware update, the AT-600 will carry Dirac Live Room Correction, Bass Control and ART alongside ToneWinner's own ETQ system — two independent calibration paths in one processor. The result: bass that stops blooming, faster decay, and dialogue, effects and musical detail lifted clear of the room's resonant coloration — in a dedicated theater or an ordinary living room.
